We aim to ship all orders within 3-4 business days.

We have partnered with Shree Maruti Couriers to ship out all our orders.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes, once the goods are shipped out, you will be able to find a tracking number updated in your account on our website.
Can I cancel my order before it is sent?
You have the right to cancel your order before the point it has been dispatched and obtain a full refund. Please log into your account and if the order status is still processing it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. All order cancellations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address.
I do not see my city listed for a Wrapistry Workshop? When will you have one?
The frequency of our Workshops vary through the year. If you do not see your city listed you can sign up for our Workshop Newsletter. As soon as we schedule a workshop you will be informed via email.
What is the age group of the participants who attend a Wrapistry Workshop?
Our workshops are designed for adults. We discourage participants who are younger than 16 years of age.
Are the workshops only for women?
No, everyone is welcome to attend. However you may like to know that they are usually women centric.
What are my prospects after attending a Wrapistry Workshops?
Our workshops are designed to give you hands on experience and impart technical knowledge of the art in question. How you take this forward will be your own creativity and hard work.
Will I get personal attention at a Wrapistry Workshop?
Yes. We always have a limited number of guests at each of our workshops to ensure everyone gets personal attention. The workshops are conducted by Amruta and her team.
Will I be able to buy materials from you after a workshop?
Yes, you can buy the materials in question after the workshop at the venue, or online.
I wish to add a hand written note, since this is a gift. Can you do that?
Yes, we would be thrilled to. Please email us separately quoting your order number so we can assist you.
How long will it take to process my refund?
We aim to process a refund or exchange within 7 working days of receipt of your returned item. At this point we will e-mail you confirmation of a refund, or send you your replacement. Please therefore do not contact us until 7 working days have passed since we received your return. Please be assured that we will endeavour to process refunds and exchanges as quickly as possible. (Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays do not constitute as working days.)
Can I return a personalised Order?
We cannot accept returns on personalised orders.
How can I use my promo code?
Every transaction can only use one promo code, which is used during the checkout process. Please paste or your type the code and click on the APPLY button for it to be validated.
I forgot to use my promo code, Can you refund my discount?
Unfortunately we will not be able to process discounts missed out due to not applying the promo code in the check out process.
Do you make wedding invitations? How do I know the charges for the same?
Yes, we make wedding invitations. Since these are personalised on so many different levels, we request that you kindly email us on firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist you.
How long will it take to fulfil a wedding invitation order?
Since the scope of each order will vary, we request that you kindly email us on email@example.com. Typically we need 6-8 weeks to process a wedding invitation order.
Do you offer Calligraphy services for addressing wedding envelopes? And how much will that cost?
Yes, we do offer this service. Please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org for pricing and time lines. We request that you kindly book at least 8-10 weeks in advance since this is handwork and a slow process.
Can you personalise the Social Stationery if I place an order?
Yes, we can personalise the stationery for you. However we will need a minimum quantity of 100 cards in the same size.
What are the charges for personalising the stationery?

What if my order is faulty or part of it is missing?
If the item you received is not what you originally ordered, or is faulty in any way, please contact us within 2 working days of receiving the order, giving us your name, address and your order number, and let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement.
Do the products actually match the images on the website?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.
Do you have international shipping?
Yes, we do ship internationally and use EMS – Indian Postal Service.
Can I visit your studio?
Visits to our studio are by appointment only; please contact us for more details.
Can I come over to your studio and buy the things I need?
As we have only visits by appointment we won’t be able to process orders at our studio. You are requested to place an order online.
