shipping & refunds
We have partnered with reputed logistics carrier Shree Maruti Couriers to send our parcels. Once your goods are shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. Shipping prices will be calculated for you at checkout according to the size and weight of your order. Orders over INR. 2500 will be shipped free of charge.
We aim to ship your products within 3-4 working days. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within  business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. Sales tax is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.
Damaged Items in Transport:

There will be an appropriate reshipping charge in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses or incomplete addresses, or parcels returned due to unavailability.
For orders placed outside India a quote via email will be sent for shipping charges. We use registered Indian Speed Post (EMS) services.
You are required to give us your full address along with a landmark to ensure smooth delivery of your goods. Orders with incomplete addresses that are lost/misplaced/returned will not our responsibility.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [email protected] with details of the product and the defect. You can send the item you consider defective to our registered address.
Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.
Please sent the item by courier to the address you receive in our correspondence. Please do not return an item without letting us know in advance. Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent it to you, and in their original packaging. Stains, folded cards, broken seals/ plastic foiling broken will not be accepted. If the condition of the product shipped back to us is not in acceptable condition we reserve the right to not refund or exchange.
Your refund will be credited in the same manner and to the same amount used to make the purchase, minus the cost of the initial postage fee. When returning an item to us, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. We request you to use trackable courier and a receipt of the sent courier should be emailed to us. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
Products that have been personalised cannot be refunded or exchanged.
Workshops Bookings & Vouchers:
Workshop tickets and vouchers are non-refundable and non-transferable. We do not accept walk-ins at our workshops. All our workshops require a pre-registration as seats are limited. We reserve the right to change the timings / venue or date of our workshops. You are advised to read all terms and condition before signing up for the workshops. These terms and conditions will appear before you make the payment for any of our workshops.
Once you make a booking only an electronic confirmation will be sent to the email you have registered with. No other receipt will be send. You can save this voucher on your mobile phone so you can bring it along with you on the day of the event along with a valid identity card.
