Shipping policy

Shipping:

We have partnered with reputed logistics carrier Shree Maruti Couriers to send our parcels. Once your goods are shipped you will receive a tracking number for your order. Shipping prices will be calculated for you at checkout according to the size and weight of your order. Domestic Orders over INR. 2500 will be shipped free of charge.

Shipping Turnaround:

We aim to ship your products within 3-4 working days. An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order. Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within [15] business days of the date of your order. Business days are Monday to Friday, except holidays. Please note we do not ship on Sundays. Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Shipping charges:

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed. Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page. GST is charged according to the province or territory to which the item is shipped.

Damaged Items in Transport:

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at info@wrapistry.com

Reshipping:

There will be an appropriate reshipping charge in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses or incomplete addresses, or parcels returned due to unavailability.

International Shipping:

For orders placed outside India a quote via email will be sent for shipping charges. We use registered EMS or ITPS services via India Post. Tracking numbers are provided for the same and shipping will be calculated at check out. We are not responsible for any duty levied by your country by customs. 

There is no free shipping for International Orders

Shipping Address:

You are required to give us your full address along with a landmark to ensure smooth delivery of your goods. Orders with incomplete addresses that are lost/misplaced/returned will not our responsibility.
