Calligraphy is essentially the art of beautiful writing, just as it translates from Greek κάλλος (kallos) = beauty and γραφή (graphe) = writing.
At the workshop, you will be guided through the basics of modern calligraphy, from ink flow and pen pressure, shapes and learning a modern set of alphabets.
As we progress through the workshop, you'll be practicing free letter-forms, words and developing your own unique style. You will soon be writing beautiful notes for your friends and family.
Take back your own modern calligraphy kit (nib, ink and a pen holder, guide sheets, alphabet set, alphabet placement set) All you need to bring along is 'yourself'.
